- Warranty regarding the prosthetic insertion, retention, occlusion & contacts will be solely on the basis of the model provided.
- To Claim a Warranty dentist must provide the warranty card, old prosthesis & new impression
- Warranty for the prosthesis can be claimed by the operating dentist only and not the patient.
- The warranty is non-transferable and can be claimed by the same dentist in whose name it was issued earlier.
- There will be no warranty for any cantilever bridge.
- It is mandatory to fill out the lab order form completely at the time of sending cases to the lab.
- All the urgent orders should be informed during work collection and mention the same in the Lab order form.
- All the prices mentioned are subject to change without prior information.
- Any dispute whatsoever is subjected to the jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi.
